I always found it funny that women are portrayed to be happy as a clam when they are shaving their legs in "women's razor" commercials. Ladies, are you actually feeling like sunshine and rainbows, or are you trying to concentrate on not nicking yourself shaving around your knee? I, for one, do not actually enjoy shaving but I have found a brand of razors that make shaving a bit less of a chore.
Also, why are "women's razors" a thing when men's razors exist?! They are literally 1000000% better than the razors that are marketed for women and give you such a nice shave. If you have never used a mens razor to shave, I'm going to plead my case and change your mind.
I'll be the first one to admit that a razor doesn't come within 10 feet of my legs in the winter time. Actually, fall too. I mean, no one is really going to be looking at and/or touching my legs during the cooler months (okay no one except my husband, but he doesn't mind - I think!).  I have never been the best at shaving my legs, which in hindsight is probably why I stay away from a razor when I don't really have to shave. It has been around 10 years since I first began shaving and I can probably count on one hand the amount of times I haven't seen a bit of blood running down my leg because I just can't seem to get the razor pressure just right. That is, until I found Harry's. Okay, well they found me. If you haven't heard of Harry's, it's probably because they are a men's shaving company. But has anyone ever told you that men's razors are far superior to women's razors? No? Well, I'm here to tell you to throw away that pink razor you have sitting on the edge of your bathtub and make your way over to the dark blue side.
I have purchased countless brands of razors in my 10 years of shaving, and have always had better results with mens razors. When the lovely people at Harry's reached out to me to send me a set to try, I jumped at the opportunity to try out a new razor (especially since it's one made for men). I've been using the razor set for over a month now and I am in love. I get such a close shave that lasts for days, and I haven't nicked myself once (does a happy dance). The head of the razor is flexible so it makes shaving around your knee, or any other part of your body that isn't a flat surface, super easy! You can check out the Winston razor in action in my Pamper Routine video here
You can purchase Harry's razors in a set, a subscription, or by themselves. I personally use the Winston Set that retails for $25 and includes a full size shave gel, a razor with 3 blade cartridges, and a blade cover. If you don't care much about a silver handle and want to opt for something with a grip you can get the Truman set for $15 (it comes with all the same things as the Winston!).  I love that Harry's is so affordable and has such a quality product. You can try out Harry's with a free trial (just pay a small shipping fee) to see how you like it.
Shaving is not like the commercials, and probably never will be. But, it is a bit more fun with Harry's.
